Responsible for coordination of all activities on the assigned project(s) and assist in ensuring successful implementation and completion of the assigned projects.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects, to resolve all project issues hindering the work progress
Assist in all project administration.
To maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by Project Manager/; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project documentation and production coordination.
Report to the Project Manager/ on work progress carried out by each project team.
Report to the Project Manager/ on any issues in project planning, development, testing and delivery that hindering the work progress.

Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs by communicating with them, and monitoring the competition.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Strategise and execute and implement a plan of action to improve the company SEO ranking.
Increase the traffic and conversion rates for company websites.
Design, build and maintain company social media presence.
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning teammate and following up on work results.
Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Work with the creative team to develop content and visuals across all platforms - websites / social media/print/media kits, etc
Able to work independently and at the same time, be a team player.
Degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience of 3-4 years in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Strong knowledge of Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimise, Facebook Pixel.
The ability works under pressure and meets deadlines with goals.
Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection compensation and benefit, performance management, training and development, payroll and HR information systems.
Review Employee Handbook and HR policies and updates when necessary.
Conducting New Staff Orientation and develop training programmes for employees.
To take and prepare minutes of meeting whenever necessary.
To review monthly payroll activities including submission to government statutory bond.
To organize yearly staff appraisal.
Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
